We take most of the major insurances & vision plans but not all.  Our staff is experienced to verify benefits. However, we cannot guarantee your visit, services or purchases are covered.  As a courtesy, we also try our best to help you to understand your benefits from the information we are able to collect from your insurance/vision benefit carriers. However, we encourage our patients contact their insurance & vision plan carriers to know the details of benefits.
